Q: Why do you require a verified card for the free tier?

We require a verified card for the free tier for multiple reasons.

  1. For anti-spam and user verification purposes.

  2. You can freely upgrade or downgrade to different tiers without hassle.

  3. It allows us to give users free credits, trial extensions, and more!

Q: How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

To upgrade or downgrade your plan, all you have to do is select your desired plan on the Solace Vision dashboard screen.

Your current plan will have a "currently active" toggle above it. To select a new plan, click "Join Now" on the desired plan you wish to upgrade or downgrade to.

Once you click join now, you will receive a "Confirm Plan Change" prompt before your selection is valid. Clicking "Confirm" will allow you to proceed with your new plan!

If your card is verified and was successfully charged, your dashboard screen will update to show the new current tier is active!

Q: Is my information being stored?

Solace Vision Inc. does not store your billing information and we use Stripe for our payment processor.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, click "Cancel subscription" within the Subscription section of the dashboard page.

Once you have cancelled your subscription, the Subscription tab will refelect this change and the status will change to "Cancel at end of period." You will also have the ability to reactive your subscription if you change your mind!

Q: How can I contact support regarding a billing question?

The best way to contact support and receive the quickest answer is by joining our Discord creating a ticket in the #support channel.
